進口氣動放料閥

進口氣動放料閥主要用于反應釜、儲罐和其它容器的底部排料、放料、取樣和無死區關斷操作。借助于閥門底部法蘭焊接于儲罐和其它容器的底部，因此消除工藝介質通常在容器出口的殘留現象。德國漢克(HANK)氣動放料閥設計新穎、結構合理，采用不銹鋼、WCB等材質作閥體，密封性能良好。

1、使用介質如水、丙酮、酒精、氨、碳酸鋇、苯（WCB材質的最低用溫度為-29℃,最高溫度為425℃。）

2、使用介質如顆粒、油品、紙漿、二氧化碳 氣（不銹鋼材質的最低使用溫度為-100℃，最高使用溫度為232℃。）

3、嚴禁使用含氟離子液體（如HF等）也不能用強堿及磷酸（溫度＞150℃ 濃度＞30%）。

1、輕松轉動手輪，將切換手柄推移到（分）指示牌，即可進行氣動操作。

2、當氣源進入電磁閥后，電磁閥自動開戾上（或下）輸氣口，電磁閥接通電源時，閥門自動開啟，斷電時閥門自動關閉。紅色按鈕為手動調試使用開關按鈕。

3、當氣源進入氣缸上部時，將活塞推向下部，即關閉閥門。

4、當氣源進入氣缸下部時，將活塞推向上部，即開啟閥門。

5、連續作業時，按上述作往返動力。
